Maintaining Access Control Systems to the latest Codes of Practice NCP 109, ensures that the system stays functioning, keeping your premises safe and secure. Our PPM Agreements for this type of system range from annual to biannual dependant on the level of day to day activities the system endures.
Maintaining CCTV Systems to the latest Codes of Practice NCP 104, aids in the systems capability of capturing crucial evidence in an unfortunate event. CCTV Systems can warrant either an annual or biannual PPM Agreement this would be based on the environment these are situated.

Our PPM Agreements for Fire Extinguisher and Blankets can be provided in either annual or biannual where necessary.
Dry & Wet Risers
Maintaining Dry & Wet Risers to the latest Codes of Practice BS9990, ensures that vital water resources are provided to fire fighters in the event of a fire. Our PPM Agreements for Dry & Wet Risers are biannual as a minimum but can be adapted to include quarterly visit if required.
Emergency Lighting
Maintaining Emergency Lighting to the latest Codes of Practice BS 5266 Part 1, safeguards the operation of the system in lighting your escape routes. Our PPM Agreements can include weekly visual inspections, monthly switch tests as well as annual 3 hour discharges and condition reports.
Maintaining Intruder Alarm Systems to the latest Codes of Practice BS 9263, PD 6662, maintains system compliance especially when your alarm is monitored. Our PPM Agreements would be based on the type of monitoring that your system is equipped with and or whether your system is hardwired or wireless resulting in a biannual agreement.
Maintaining Integrated Reception Systems to the latest Codes of Practice BS EN 50083, supports compliance and safely for users. IRS systems are a low maintenance system in a normal working environment which would require an annual PPM Agreement to guaranty signal quality and strength.
